Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo (V) para obtener un mosto (WO) de una pulpa (MA) en la elaboración de cerveza o industria de bebidas, el dispositivo por lo menos que comprende: un dispositivo receptor (AG) para recibir la pulpa (MA); por lo menos un dispositivo separador (T; T1, T2) cada dispositivo separador que tiene una superficie (FA; FA1, FA2) y la superficie (FA) que tiene una pluralidad de orificios (OP). El dispositivo (V) es preferiblemente adecuado para separar la pulpa (MA) en el mosto (WO) y una pulpa residual (RM) por medio de la superficie (FA) del dispositivo separador (T). La superficie (FA; FA1, FA2) o parte de la misma, se puede poner en contacto con la pulpa (MA), cuando la pulpa (MA) está presente en el dispositivo receptor (AG) para la separación en el mosto (WO) y la pulpa residual (RM). Durante la operación del dispositivo (V), la superficie (FA) se mueve o se puede mover o se puede hacer girar con respecto a la pulpa (MA), la pulpa residual (RM) y/o el dispositivo receptor (AG).
