Abstract
Se revela un método de fabricación de una composición de fraguado rápido para placas de cemento. Las composiciones incluyen un cemento hidráulico, preferiblemente cemento portland, un citrato de metal alcalino tal como citrato tripotásico, y un fosfato, tal como trimetafosfato de sodio, con yeso opcional, y sin acelerante de alcanolamina, y sin cemento con base en cenizas volantes. Una interacción entre el citrato de metal alcalino y el fosfato aumenta la eficacia de la aceleración de las reacciones del cemento portland sin necesidad de un acelerante de alcanolamina, incluso en presencia de yeso. Esto permite un fraguado rápido y una mayor resistencia a la compresión en etapa temprana sin contracciones en las composiciones de las placas de cemento.
