Abstract

Çimento levhalarına yönelik olarak bir hızlı sertleşme bileşiminin yapılmasına yönelik bir yöntem açıklanır. Bileşimler bir hidrolik çimento, tercih edildiği üzere portland çimentosu, tripotasyum sitrat gibi bir alkali metal sitrat ve isteğe bağlı alçıtaşına sahip ve alkanolamin hızlandırıcı içermeyen ve uçucu kül bazlı çimento içermeyen sodyum trimetafosfat gibi bir fosfat içerir. Alkali metal sitrat ve fosfat arasındaki bir etkileşim, alçıtaşının varlığında bile, bir alkanolamin hızlandırıcısına ihtiyaç olmaksızın portland çimentosunun hızlandırıcı reaksiyonlarının etkinliğini arttırır. Bu, çimento levha bileşimlerinde büzülme olmadan beklenmedik hızlı sertleşmeye ve arttırılmış erken aşamada basınç dayanımına izin verir.
