Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un receptor de células T modificado, o un fragmento de unión al antígeno del mismo, que comprende una Va y una Vß derivadas de un receptor de células T de tipo salvaje, en donde la Va o la Vß o ambas comprende una mutación en una o más regiones determinantes de complementariedad (CDR) en relación con el receptor de células T de tipo salvaje, en donde la Va comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste en SEQ ID NO: 1 y SEQ ID NO: 2, y en donde el receptor de células T modificado se une a un complejo del péptido Survivina y la molécula HLA-A2 con un valor KD de 10-6 M a 10-12 M.
