El material textil no tejido de bloqueo de llama tiene una densidad de 200 kg/m2 o más y comprende fibras A no fusibles cuya tasa de contracción a temperatura elevada es de un 3 % o menos y cuyo módulo de Young multiplicado por el área de corte transversal de las fibras es de 2,0 N o menos, y fibras termoplásticas B cuyo valor de LOI es de 25 o más tal y como se determina de acuerdo con JIS K 7201-2 (2007).
