Abstract
Una lámina de acero laminada en caliente de acuerdo con la presente invención tiene una composición química que comprende, en % en masa, C: 0.03% a 0.2%, Mn: 0.1% a 3.0%, P: 0.10% o menos, S: 0.03% o menos, Al + Si: 0.2% a 3.0%, N: más de 0% e igual a o inferior a 0.01%, O: más de 0% e igual a o inferior a 0.01%, y el resto: hierro e impurezas. Una microestructura de la lámina de acero laminada en caliente contiene bainita como principal componente y contiene fases duras constituidas por martensita y/o austenita en una cantidad de, en fracción de área, igual a o superior al 3% e inferior al 20% cuando 60% o más de la fase dura presente en una porción central de grosor de la lámina tiene una porción de aspecto de 3 o más, las fases duras presentes en la porción central de grosor de la lámina tienen una longitud en una dirección de laminación de menos de 20 µm, y la suma de proporciones de intensidad aleatoria de rayos-X de orientación <011> y orientación <111> vista desde la dirección de laminación es de 3.5 o más, y una proporción de intensidad aleatoria de rayos-X de orientación <001> vista desde la dirección de laminación es 1.0 o menos.
