Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método de soldadura en corto circuito que comprende sucesivos ciclos de soldadura (SZ) con una respectiva fase de arco (LB) y una respectiva fase de corto circuito (KS). Se regulan al menos los parámetros de soldadura (P) corriente de soldadura (I) y velocidad de alimentación (v) de un electrodo fusible (9), y el electrodo (9) se alimenta en dirección a una pieza de trabajo (14) a una velocidad final de avance especificada (vve) al menos durante una parte de la fase de arco (LB) y alejándolo de la pieza de trabajo (14) a una velocidad final de retroceso especificada (vRe) al menos durante una parte de la fase de corto circuito (KS). La invención también se refiere a un dispositivo (1) para llevar a cabo un método de soldadura en corto circuito de este tipo. De conformidad con la invención se especifican un cambio en la velocidad de alimentación (dv/dt) y una velocidad final de retroceso (vRe), y una corriente de soldadura (I) se regula de manera que la fase de corto circuito (KS) se completa después de que se alcanza la velocidad final de retroceso (vRe) y a más tardar después de 3 ms y se repite a más tardar cada 8 ms. El parámetro de soldadura (P) se regula de manera que la duración del ciclo de soldadura (SZ) es de = 8 ms, con lo que resulta en una frecuencia de soldadura de = 125 Hz.
