Abstract
Представлено сварочное устройство, позволяющее выполнять управляемую сварку концов металлокорда. Сварочное устройство задает управляемую последовательность сварки от периода сварки до полесварочного периода, чтобы завершить охлаждение. В сварочном устройстве источник постоянного тока управляется во времени посредством программируемого контроллера. Считывая напряжение на зажимах сварочного устройства и используя его в качестве дополнительного входного сигнала на программируемый контроллер, в послесварочном периоде может быть достигнуто постоянное рассеивание мощности между зажимами. Описывается соответствующий способ выполнения сварного шва, в котором во время послесварочного периода электроэнергия, рассеиваемая между зажимами, поддерживается постоянной. Сварные швы, полученные посредством этой процедуры, имеют благоприятную металлографическую структуру, в которой зона, затронутая нагревом, имеет больше 50% перлита и/или бейнита по общей площади этой зоны.
