Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para la construcción de una segunda planta química, segunda planta química la cual es adecuada para la separación de ciclohexanona de una segunda mezcla, segunda mezcla la cual comprende productos de reacción de la hidrogenación de fenol, dicho procedimiento comprende: a) proveer una primera planta química, primera planta química la cual es adecuada para la separación de ciclohexanona de una primera mezcla, primera mezcla la cual comprende productos de reacción de la oxidación de ciclohexano, y primera planta la cual comprende: i) una columna de destilación (C) adecuada para destilar de arriba ciclohexano; ii) una columna de destilación adecuada para destilar de arriba ciclohexanona; iii) una unidad de oxidación de ciclohexano (A) adecuada para la oxidación de ciclohexano; y iv) una unidad de recuperación de calor (B) adecuada para la recuperación de calor de la descarga gaseosa de la unidad de oxidación de ciclohexano adecuada para la oxidación de ciclohexano; b) inhabilitar en dicha primera planta química, dicha columna de destilación (C) adecuada para destilar de arriba ciclohexano, dicha unidad de oxidación de ciclohexano (A) y dicha unidad de recuperación de calor (B), en donde la segunda planta química comprende una columna de destilación (F) adecuada para destilar de arriba ciclohexanona reutilizada de la primera planta química, en donde cada una de la primera planta química y la segunda planta química comprende una columna de destilación (F) adecuada para destilar de arriba componentes que tienen un punto de ebullición menor que el de la ciclohexanona; una columna de destilación (G) adecuada para destilar de arriba una mezcla que comprende ciclohexanol y ciclohexanona a una relación en peso:peso de por lo menos 4:1; y una unidad de deshidrogenación de ciclohexanol (H) adecuada para la deshidrogenación de ciclohexanol a ciclohexanona.
