Abstract

Способ для создания второй химической установки, которая пригодна для выделения циклогексанона из второй смеси, содержащей продукты реакции гидрогенизации фенола; указанный способ включает a) наличие первой химической установки, которая пригодна для выделения циклогексанона из первой смеси, содержащей продукты реакции окисления циклогексана; указанная первая установка содержит i) ректификационную колонну (C), пригодную для отгонки циклогексана верхним погоном; ii) ректификационную колонну, пригодную для отгонки циклогексанона верхним погоном; iii) блок окисления циклогексана (A), пригодный для окисления циклогексана; и iv) теплоутилизационный блок (D), пригодный для утилизации тепла для утилизации тепла отходящего газа из блока окисления циклогексана, пригодного для окисления циклогексана; b) выведение указанной ректификационной колонны (C), пригодной для отгонки верхним погоном циклогексана, указанного блока окисления циклогексана (A) и указанного теплоутилизационного блока (B) из работы указанной первой химической установки, причем указанная вторая химическая установка содержит ректификационную колонну (F), пригодную для отгонки верхним погоном циклогексанона, повторно используемого из первой химической установки, которая, как и вторая химическая установка, содержит ректификационную колонну (E), пригодную для отгонки верхним погоном компонентов с температурой кипения ниже, чем у циклогексанона; ректификационную колонну (G), пригодную для отгонки верхним погоном смеси, содержащей циклогексанол и циклогексанон в соотношении (мас./мас.) по меньшей мере 4:1; и блок дегидрогенизации циклогексанола (H), пригодный для дегидрогенизации циклогексанола с образованием циклогексанона.
