Abstract

Se proporciona una lámina de acero laminada en caliente de alto contenido en carbono compuesta de un acero que contiene B, la lámina de acero teniendo excelente endurecibilidad de forma consistente incluso cuando es recocida en una atmósfera de nitrógeno y excelente formabilidad, es decir, específicamente, una dureza de 83 HRB o menos y una elongación total de 30% o más, o aún más excelente formabilidad, es decir, específicamente, una dureza de 75 HRB o menos y una elongación total de 38% o más, antes de ser sometida a un tratamiento de temple. La lámina de acero laminada en caliente de alto contenido en carbono contiene C: 0.20% o más y 0.53% o menos, Si: 0.10% o menos, Mn: 0.50% o menos, P: 0.03% o menos, S: 0.010% o menos, Al sol.: 0.10% o menos, N: 0.0050% o menos, B: 0.0005% o más y 0.0050% o menos, y uno o más elementos seleccionados a partir de Sb, Sn, Bi, Ge, Te, y Se de tal manera que el contenido total del uno o más elementos es de 0.002% o más y 0.030% o menos y tiene una microestructura que incluye ferrita y cementita. La densidad de la cementita en los granos de ferrita es de 0.15 partícula/µm2 o menos cuando C: más de 0.40% y 0.53% o menos.
