Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de tratamiento anti-corrosión, donde se ponen en contacto una serie de componentes que tienen superficies metálicas de hierro y/o zinc con una solución de pretratamiento acuosa de pasivación que se encuentra en un tanque del sistema y contiene compuestos de los elementos de circonio y/o titanio y también una fuente de iones fluoruro. En el método de la invención una porción de esta solución de pretratamiento se descarta y se sustituye por una porción en total de al menos un volumen igual de una o más de tales soluciones suplementarios, que se dosifican en el tanque de sistema de pretratamiento. Mientras que el descarte no debe exceder de un nivel predeterminado, dependiendo de la relación molar de los elementos flúor a circonio y/o titanio, con el fin de garantizar un tratamiento anti-corrosión de forma permanente satisfactoria incluso cuando no se usa ningún producto químico en absoluto para regular la velocidad de decapado o estabilizar la carga iónica, la forma en que la solución suplementario se dosifica asegura el mantenimiento de la concentración de los elementos de circonio y/o titanio en la solución de pretratamiento acuosa de pasivación en forma de compuestos solubles en agua.
