Abstract
La invención corresponde a un método para fabricar ácido furan-2,5-dicarboxílico (FDCA) al convertir una sal de furan-2,5-dicarboxilato (MFDC) en ácido furan-2,5-dicarboxílico (FDCA), que comprende los pasos de - combinar una solución acuosa de MFDC con una concentración de al menos 5% en peso con una ácido inorgánico (HY), para formar una mezcla de reacción que comprende FDCA sólido en una concentración de 1 a 15% en peso en una solución de una sal que resulta del catión de la sal de furan-2,5-dicarboxilato y el anión del ácido inorgánico (solución de MY), - retirar el FDCA sólido de la mezcla de reacción en un paso de separación de sólido y líquido, y - proporcionar parte de la solución MY que resulta del paso de separación de sólido / líquido al paso de combinar MFDC con HY; el paso de proporcionar parte de la solución de sal MY que resulta del paso de separación de sólido / líquido al paso de combinar MFDC con HY hace posible obtener un proceso estable y económico que resulta en un producto de FDCA con buena calidad, y obtenido en alto rendimiento.
