Abstract

Se proveen un aparato (1) de procesamiento y un método capaz de medir con precisión la temperatura real de una pieza de trabajo contenida y caliente en una cámara. El aparato (1) de procesamiento comprende una cámara (2) que contiene una pieza de trabajo (W), una pieza (6) de medición instalada en la cámara (2), y una unidad (8) de medición. La pieza (6) de medición es capaz de presentar contracción y dilatación térmica en respuesta a una temperatura interna de la cámara (2). La unidad (8) de medición mide una cantidad de contracción y dilatación térmica de la pieza (6) de medición para medir así la temperatura real de la pieza de trabajo (W).
