Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una célula anfitriona de hongo filamentoso, caracterizada porque comprende una construcción de ácido nucleico o un vector de expresión que comprende una construcción de ácido nucleico, en donde la célula anfitriona de hongo filamentoso es del género Aspergillus, y en donde la dicha construcción de ácido nucleico comprende: una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína estructurante de hielo (ISP) que comprende la secuencia establecida en la SEQ ID NO: 1 o una secuencia por lo menos 80% idéntica a esta o que comprende la secuencia establecida en los aminoácidos 21 a 261 de la SEQ ID NO: 1 o una secuencia por lo menos 80% idéntica a esta; y, ligada operablemente a esta, secuencias de control que permiten la expresión de la secuencia de ácidos nucleicos en una célula anfitriona de hongo filamentoso del género Aspergillus.
