Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una construcción de ácido nucleico que comprende: una secuencia de ácidos nucleicos que codifica una proteína estructurante de hielo (ISP) que comprende la secuencia establecida en la SEQ ID NO: 1 o una secuencia por lo menos 80% idéntica a esta o que comprende la secuencia establecida en los aminoácidos 21 a 261 de la SEQ ID NO: 1 o una secuencia por lo menos 80% idéntica a esta; y, ligada operablemente a esta, las secuencias de control permiten la expresión de la secuencia de ácidos nucleicos en una célula anfitriona de hongo filamentoso. La construcción se puede utilizar en un método para la producción de un ISP, en donde el ISP se expresa en una célula anfitriona de hongo filamento.
