Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método y aparato para controlar de manera uniforme la temperatura de banda de la sección de enfriamiento rápido de una línea de recocido continuo. Se instala una pluralidad de conjuntos de bloques de boquilla de enfriamiento para controlar la temperatura de banda en los lados frontal y posterior de la banda, y se divide en bloques de boquilla de control de flujo a lo largo y bloques de boquilla de control de flujo a lo ancho. Se instalan medidores de temperatura del centro de la banda y medidores de temperatura de la dirección a lo ancho en los lados de admisión y descarga de la sección de enfriamiento rápido. Las temperaturas obtenidas utilizando los medidores de temperatura del centro de la banda y los medidores de temperatura de la dirección a lo ancho se utilizan para controlar respectivamente la pulverización de niebla para los bloques de boquilla de control de flujo a lo largo y los bloques de boquilla de control de flujo a lo ancho con el fin de controlar de manera uniforme la temperatura de la banda y minimizar los cambios en la planicidad de la banda. Los medidores de temperatura a lo ancho en los extremos de admisión y descarga de la sección de enfriamiento rápido de la línea de recocido continuo se utilizan para detectar la temperatura. Se puede utilizar la técnica de control de realimentacián/prealimentación para controlar de manera uniforme la temperatura a lo ancho de la banda a través del control de caudal sobre la niebla pulverizada en la dirección a lo ancho de la sección de enfriamiento rápido. Se pueden obtener efectos favorables al ser capaces de minimizar los cambios en la planicidad de la banda.
