Abstract
La invención se refiere a la provisión de formas de medicamento que permiten la efectiva administración de un medicamento, que usualmente se toma dos veces al día o más diariamente por medio de una sola dosis diaria. Esto se logra de acuerdo con la invención mediante la provisión una forma de medicamento que comprende un centro, una capa intermedia resistente al jugo gástrico dispuesta en la superficie del centro, y una cubierta dispuesta en el lado opuesto de la capa intermedia desde el centro. Ambos, el centro y la cubierta comprenden una proporción de un ingrediente activo. El ingrediente activo se libera al menos una forma bifásica de la forma de medicamento, la primera fase relacionada con la liberación inmediata del ingrediente activo después de la ingestión en el jugo gástrico. La presente invención adicionalmente se refiere a un proceso para producir la forma de medicamento y a sus usos.
