Abstract

Настоящее изобретение касается получения лекарственных форм, позволяющих эффективно вводить такие действующие вещества, которые обычно принимаются по два или несколько раз в сутки, путем однократного приема суточной дозы. Согласно изобретению это достигается посредством лекарственной формы, включающей ядро, устойчивый к желудочному соку промежуточный слой, который располагается на поверхности ядра, и оболочку, которая располагается на противоположной от ядра стороне промежуточного слоя. Как ядро, так и оболочка содержат часть действующего вещества. Действующее вещество высвобождается из лекарственной формы по меньшей мере двухфазно, причем первая фаза относится к немедленному высвобождению действующего вещества в желудочный сок сразу после приема. Настоящее изобретение также касается способа получения лекарственной формы и её применения.
