resumo patente de invenção: "forma de medicamento para liberação de ingredientes ativos". a presente invenção refere-se à provisão de formas de medicamento que permitem administração eficaz de um medicamento que é geralmente tomado duas vezes ou mais por dia por meio de uma dose diária única. isso é obtido de acordo com a invenção através da provisão de uma forma de medicamento compreendendo um núcleo, uma camada intermediária resistente a suco gástrico disposta sobre a superfície do núcleo e um revestimento externo disposto no lado oposto da camada intermediária a partir do núcleo. ambos o núcleo e o revestimento externo compreendem uma proporção de um ingrediente ativo. o ingrediente ativo é liberado em forma pelo menos bifásica a partir da forma de medicamento, a primeira fase se relacionando com a liberação imediata do ingrediente ativo após ingestão no suco gástrico. a presente invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para produção da forma de medicamento e a usos da mesma.
