Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al uso de partículas de rotavirus para mostrar una proteína heteróloga, sola o en complejo con otra molécula. La invención se refiere adicionalmente a métodos que emplean estas partículas de rotavirus modificadas para determinar rápidamente la estructura de la proteína heteráloga o el complejo usando microscopía de crio-electrones (crio-EM). La invención también se refiere a un método para inmunizar un paciente, en donde el método comprende administrar al paciente las partículas de rotavirus modificadas de la invención.
