Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de sacarificación de un material lignocelulósico, el método está caracterizado porque comprende: 1) tratar un material lignocelulósico con un haz de electrones, en donde los electrones tienen un rango de nivel de energía de entre 0.8 MeV y 1.8 MeV y en donde el tratamiento se lleva a cabo a una dosis de entre 2 y 50 Mrad para producir un material lignocelulósico no sacarificado, tratado; moler el material lignocelulósico no sacarificado, tratado a un tamaño de partícula de entre 30 y 1400 µm; 2) cultivar Trichoderma reesei bajo condiciones que prepara la Trichoderma reesei bajo condiciones que preparan la Trichoderma reesei para producir enzimas; 3) combinar el material lignocelulósico no sacarificado, tratado, molido con la Trichoderma reesei para inducir la producción de enzimas de enzimas específicas para romper el material lignocelulósico no sacrificado, tratado, molido; y 4) sacarificar a granel el material lignocelulósico no sacarificado, tratado, molido para producir azúcares.
