Abstract

本発明は、バイオマス材料の加工に有用な酵素の調製に関する。例えば、本発明は、セルラーゼ酵素または他の酵素型に関する。
誘導因子の使用による、微生物により1つ以上の酵素の産生を誘導する方法が、本明細書中で提供される。誘導因子は、その難分解性を低減するよう処理されたバイオマス(セルロースまたはリグノセルロース系)から作られる。処理方法は、バイオマスを、電子による衝撃、音波処理、酸化、熱分解、水蒸気爆発、化学的処理、機械的処理または凍結粉砕に付すことを包含し得る。本明細書中で開示されるように、このような方法で処理されたバイオマスは、培地(例えば、液体培地)中で微生物と組み合わされて、1つ以上の酵素を産生するよう微生物を誘導し得る。

Claims (22)
- 以下の:
その難分解性を低減するために処理されたセルロースまたはリグノセルロース系バイオマスを、微生物と組み合わせること、前記微生物による酵素(単数または複数)の産生を可能にする条件下で、微生物‐バイオマスの組合せを保持することにより、微生物による1つ以上の酵素の産生を誘導すること

- 前記第二バイオマスがリグノセルロース系である、請求項2に記載の方法。

- 前記微生物が高レベルのセルラーゼを産生する菌株である、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記微生物が遺伝子工学処理される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記微生物が真菌である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記微生物が、トリコデルマ・リーセイおよびクロストリジウム・テルモセルムからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記T.リーセイ菌株が、以下の:RUT‐NG14、PC3‐7、QM9414および/またはRUT‐C30からなる群から選択される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記セルロースまたはリグノセルロース系バイオマスが、前記微生物が誘導期にある場合に、前記微生物と組み合わされる、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素(単数または複数)を用いて、前記セルロースまたはリグノセルロース系バイオマス、および/または付加的セルロースまたはリグノセルロース系バイオマスを糖化することをさらに包含する、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
