Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para la hidrólisis de biomasa de planta por medio de hidrácidos de halógeno disueltos en agua para formar una biomasa hidrolizada de tal manera que hay una degradación y extracción de los hidratos de carbono existentes en las plantas en forma de celulosa, hemicelulosa, almidón y/o hidratos de carbono oligomerizados que se despolimerizan por el hidrácido de halógeno y se disuelven en el hidrácido de halógeno, formando una solución de hidrolizado, caracterizado porque comprende los pasaos: el hidrácido de halógeno se dirige en forma de una fase líquida en al menos un reactor cargado con la biomasa hasta que dicho al menos un reactor se carga con el hidrácido de halógeno, el hidrácido de halógeno se difunde en la biomasa y la hidrólisis concluye con la formación de una solución de hidrolizado durante una primera fase, y durante una segundo fase, el agua se introduce en el al menos un reactor desde arriba y la solución de hidrolizado con una densidad menor que el agua se desplaza hacia abajo, donde el agua se introduce de manera lenta y uniforme de modo que la solución de hidrolizado que tiene un peso específico más pesado no se mezcla con el agua que tiene un peso específico más liviano y se forma una fase límite esencialmente horizontal, cambiante a entre el agua y la solución de hidrolizado, que se mueve a través de residuo sólido de la biomasa hidrolizada y empuja la solución de hidrolizado hacia abajo fuera de la biomasa hidrolizada y fuera del al menos un reactor.
