Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir espumas rígidas de poliuretano o espumas rígidas de pollisocianurato al hacer reaccionar al menos un poliisocianato A), poliéter éster polioles b) basados en ácidos dicarboxílicos aromáticos, los cuales pueden ser obtenidos mediante esterificación de b1) 10 a 70% mol de una composición de ácido dicarboxílico, comprendiendo b11) 50 a 100% mol con base en la composición de ácido dicarboxílico, de uno o más ácidos dicarboxílicos aromáticos o derivados de los mismos, b12) 0 a 50% mol, con base en la composición de ácido dicarboxílico b1), de uno o más ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos o derivados de los mismos, b2) 2 a 30% mol de uno o más ácidos grasos y/o derivados de ácidos grasos, b3) 10 a 79% mol de uno o más dioles alifáticos o cicloalifáticos con 2 a 18 átomos de carbono o alcoxilados de los mismos, b4) 2 a 50% mol de un poliéter poliol teniendo una funcionalidad mayor que o igual a 2, producida por alcoxilación de un poliol teniendo una funcionalidad mayor que o igual a 2 en la presencia de una amina como un catalizador, opcionalmente poliéster polioles adicionales C), los cuales son diferentes de aquél de componentes B), y al menos un poliéter poliol D), en donde la proporción de masa de la suma de los componentes B) y opcionalmente C) a componente D) es al menos 7. La invención también se refiere a las espumas duras resultantes y al uso de las mismas para la producción de elementos de emparedado con capas de cubiertas flxeibles o rígidas. La invención se refiere además a los componentes de polioles subyacentes.
