Abstract
Se proporciona un método para fabricar un miembro de rótula externo (11) de una rótula cardan o rótula universal de velocidad constante (10), el método de fabricación comprende: formar un miembro acopado (12a) y un miembro de eje (13a) de acero al carbono medio; efectuar, como pasos de fabricación, un paso de maquinación y un paso de tratamiento térmico sobre el miembro acopado (12a) después de formar integralmente una porción tubular (12a1) y una porción inferior (12a2) del miembro acopado (12a) por forjado, comprendiendo el paso de maquinación formando un orificio de unión (50) en un espesor de la porción inferior (12a2) para preparar el miembro acopado (12a) como un componente terminado; efectuar, como pasos de fabricación, un paso de maquinación y un paso de tratamiento térmico sobre el miembro de eje (13a), el paso de maquinación para el miembro de eje (13a) comprende formar una superficie externa de unión (51) sobre una porción extrema del miembro de eje (13a) para unirse sobre la porción inferior (12a2) del miembro acopado (12a) para preparar el miembro de eje (13a) como un componente terminado; montar el orificio de unión (50) del miembro acopado (12a) como el componente terminado y la superficie externa de unión (51) del miembro de eje (13a) como el componente terminado entre sí; y soldar una porción de montaje (60) entre el orificio de unión (50) y la superficie externa de unión (51) a través de irradiación de un haz desde un lado interno del miembro acopado (12a), siendo un diámetro de la porción de montaje (60) ajustado a una dimensión igual para cada tamaño de rótula.
