Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung schafft ein Verfahren zum Verbinden einer Turbinenschaufel mit einer Turbinenscheibe oder einem Turbinenring. Zunächst wird ein Verbindungskörpers an der Turbinenschaufel ausgebildet, durch Zufuhren eines schmelzschweißgeeigneten Zusatzwerkstoffs an eine Oberfläche der Turbinenschaufel, Schmelzen des Zusatzwerkstoffs an der Oberfläche, unter Anschmelzen der Oberfläche, und Erstarrenlassen des Zusatzwerkstoffs und der Oberfläche. Anschließend wird der Verbindungskörper mittels eines Schmelzschweiß Verfahrens mit der Turbinenscheibe bzw. dem Turbinenring verbunden.
