Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer integralen Turbinen-Schaufel-Scheiben-Einheit (20) für eine Gasturbine, mit folgenden Schritten: a) Bereitstellen einer integralen Turbinen-Schaufel-Scheiben-Einheit (20) mit einer Scheibe (21) aus einer Ni-Basis-Superlegierung und mindestens einer stoffschlüssig an der Scheibe angeordneten Turbinenschaufel (22); und b) Beschichten von zumindest einem Teil der Oberfläche der Schaufel der Turbinen-Schaufel-Scheiben-Einheit mittels eines Niedertemperatur-Beschichtungsverfahrens mit einer Oxidations- und/oder Korrosionsschutzschicht sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren mit folgenden Schritten: a) Bereitstellen einer Scheibe (21) aus einer Ni-Basis-Superlegierung; b) Bereitstellen mindestens einer Turbinenschaufel (22) zur Verbindung mit der Scheibe zur Bildung einer integralen Turbinen-Schaufel-Scheiben-Einheit; c) Beschichten mindestens eines Teils der Oberfläche der Turbinenschaufel mit einer Oxidations- und/oder Korrosionsschutzschicht; und d) stoffschlüssiges Fügen der beschichteten Turbinenschaufel mit der Scheibe zu der integralen Turbinen-Schaufel-Scheiben-Einheit.
