Abstract
La presente invención está relacionada con la preparación y uso farmacéutico de derivados de 3-haloalilamina sustituidos en la forma de inhibidores SSAO/VAP-1 que tienen la estructura de la fórmula (I), tal como se define en la especificación. La presente invención también se refiere a métodos para utilizar compuestos de la fórmula (I) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable o derivado del mismo, para el tratamiento de una variedad de indicaciones, por ejemplo, enfermedades inflamatorias, enfermedades oculares, enfermedades fibróticas, enfermedades inducidas por diabetes y cáncer.
