Abstract
Se proporciona un material de acero de cementación que tiene una composición química que consiste de, en por ciento en masa, C: 0.15 a 0.23 %, Si: 0.01 a 0.15 %, Mn: 0.65 a 0.90 %, S: 0.010 a 0.030 %, Cr: 1.65 a 1.80 %, Al: 0.015 a 0.060 %, y N: 0.0100 a 0.0250 %, que contiene además, como sea necesario, una o más clases seleccionadas de Cu y Ni de cantidades predeterminadas, el balance que es Fe e impurezas; 25 = Fn1 = 85, 0.90 = Fn2 = 1.20 y Fn3 = 2.20; P, Ti y O en las impurezas que son P: 0.20 % o menos, Ti: 0.005 % o menos, y O: 0.0015 %, y que tiene una estructura que consiste de 20 a 70 % en una relación de área que es ferrita; y la porción diferente de la ferrita que es de una o más clases de perlita y bainita. Este material de acero de cementación tiene bajo costo de componentes, tiene buena maleabilidad en caliente, y es excelente en maquinabilidad, y además puede hacer que una pieza cementada asegure una buena resistencia a la fatiga por flexión y buena resistencia al desgaste. Por lo tanto, este material de acero se utiliza adecuadamente como materia prima de la pieza cementada tal como un eje de polea CVT.
