Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una suspensión de aglomerados de nanopartículas de metal recubiertas con alcoxisilano magnético, en donde una suspensión acuosa de nanopartículas de metal magnético se incuba con alcoxisilano, en donde la incubación se lleva a cabo esencialmente en ausencia de un solvente orgánico. La presente invención se refiere además a la suspensión de aglomerados de nanopartículas que contienen metal recubiertas con alcoxisilano magnético que se pueden obtener por el método de la presente invención y a una composición que comprende aglomerados de nanopartículas de metal recubiertas con alcoxisilano magnético, en donde los aglomerados tienen un tamaño promedio de 30-450 nm, preferiblemente de 50 a 350 nm y especialmente de 70 a 300 nm como es determinado por dispersión de luz.
