Abstract
La invención se refiere a una planta para producir etileno y comprende: un reactor (2) configurado y previsto para efectuar acoplamiento oxidativo de metano, una unidad de trabajo (3) conectada al reactor (2) y configurada para separar una primera corriente de material (S) producida durante el acoplamiento oxidativo de metano dentro de por lo menos una corriente de material de C1- y una corriente de producto de etileno (P) y una unidad de separación (4) conectada a la unidad de trabajo (3) y configurada para separar la corriente de material de C1- por lo menos en una corriente de producto rica en hidrógeno (H) y una corriente de gas residual con poco hidrógeno (S´). La invención proporciona un craqueador de vapor (5) para producir una corriente de gas crudo que contiene olefina e hidrógeno (C) y conectada a la unidad de trabajo (3), en donde la unidad de trabajo (3) está configurada para separar la corriente de gas crudo (C) junto con la primera corriente de material (S) dentro de por lo menos la corriente de material de C1- y la corriente de producto de etileno (P), en donde la planta (1) está configurada para reciclar por lo menos una porción de la corriente de gas residual (S´) en el reactor (2) como entrada. La invención se refiere además a un proceso correspondiente para producir etileno.
