Abstract

La unidad de recubrimiento para componentes alargados comprende un tanque con el metal fundido y una cámara de recubrimiento con canales de entrada y salida con un canal de admisión sumergido dentro del tanque con el metal fundido. Además, la cámara de recubrimiento y el tanque con el metal fundido están equipados con instalaciones para la creación interna dentro de ellos, por arriba de la presión reducida del talán, y la presión positiva respectivamente. Para facilitar la operación de mantenimiento, así como para asegurar la operación continua de esta unidad sin ningún paro para rellenar el tanque, para proporcionar condiciones de seguridad mientras que el metal se rellena dentro del tanque con el metal fundido de esta unidad para el recubrimiento de los componentes alargados, el tanque con el metal fundido y la cámara de recubrimiento están localizados en posiciones adyacentes y unidos entre sí con el canal de admisión inclinado creando los recipientes de conexión. Con esto, el tanque con el metal fundido está equipado con el canal de suministro para cargar el metal fundido o sólido a través de éste, además de que el canal de suministro se expande en la parte superior, entrando a la parte superior del tanque con el metal fundido.
