Abstract
Un sistema para dispensar una muestra hacia el interior de un líquido amortiguador que comprende una cámara de presión que tiene medios de suministro de presión para generar una sobrepresión dentro de la cámara de presión. Un capilar de entrada es proporcionado para suministrar un líquido amortiguador a un extremo de salida dispuesto en la cámara de presión. También, un capilar de salida es provisto para descargar el líquido amortiguador y/o la muestra desde la cámara de presión. El capilar de salida tiene un extremo de entrada dispuesto en la cámara de presión orientado hacia el extremo de salida del capilar de entrada para formar un espacio capilar. Un dispensador que tiene un extremo dispensador es dispuesto en la cámara de presión en el espacio capilar para permitir que la muestra en el extremo dispensador sea dispensada desde el extremo dispensador hacia el interior del líquido amortiguador que entra en el extremo de entrada del capilar de salida.
