Abstract

Se describe una unidad de aplicación de recubrimiento mediante inmersión de componentes alargados dentro del metal fundido, que comprende un tanque para el metal fundido y una cámara de recubrimiento equipada con aparatos para la creación interna de presión reducida y presión positiva, respectivamente. Además, los canales de entrada y salida de la cámara de recubrimiento son hechos verticales y situados en su fondo y la parte superior respectivamente, para asegurar el movimiento vertical del componente alargado desde abajo hacia arriba. La cámara de recubrimiento está localizada al lado del tanque con el metal fundido, el canal de admisión es inclinado, y el tanque con el metal fundido es equipado con un canal de suministro para cargar el metal fundido o sólido que se expande en su parte superior enfrentando la parte superior del tanque con el metal fundido.
