Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método como se reporta el aislamiento de segmentos de ácido nucleico que codifican para dominios variables de anticuerpo y la inserción de los segmentos aislados de ácido nucleico en plásmidos de expresión eucariótica se realiza sin el aislamiento y análisis intermedios de plásmidos clonales intermedios. De esta manera, en el método como se reporta en la presente, no se requieren la donación, aislamiento y análisis intermedios de plásmidos intermedios, por ejemplo, por análisis de células de E. coli, transformadas, aisladas.
