Abstract

Se proporciona una placa de acero resistente a la abrasión que es excelente en tenacidad y resistencia a la fractura retardada de una soldadura de pasos múltiples y de preferencia se utiliza en máquinas de construcción, máquinas industriales y similares. Para ser más específicos, la composición de la placa de acero contiene % en masa de 0.20 a 0.30% de C, 0.05 a 1.0% de Si, 0.40 a 1.2% de Mn, 0.010% o menos de P, 0.005% o menos de S, 0.40 a 1.5% de Cr, 0.005 a 0.025% de Nb, 0.05 a 1.0% de Mo, 0.005 a 0.03% de Ti, 0.1% o menos de Al, 0.01% o menos de N, y 0.0003 a 0.0020% de B, y además contiene uno, dos o más tipos de componentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste de W, Cu, Ni, V, REM, Ca y Mg cuando es necesario, en donde DI* (DI* = 33.85 x (0.1xC)0.5 x (0.7xSi+1) x (3.33xMn+1) x (0.35xCu+1) x (0.36xNi+1) x (2.16xCr+1) x (3xMo+1) x (1.75xV+1) x (1.5xW+1)) es de 45 a 180, C+Mn/4-Cr/3+10P=0.47, y una fase base de la microestructura se forma de martensita.
