Abstract

Modalidades de la presente invención describen por medio de tensoactivos de balance hidrofílico-lipofílico bajo como agentes reductores de corriente de rocío y métodos para usar dichos agentes. Tales tensoactivos generalmente disminuyen la cantidad de líneas generadas durante el rociado. En su lugar, otros tensoactivos comúnmente aumentan la cantidad de chapas cuando se agregan al tanque de rocío ya que la tensión disminuida hace más fácil que las gotas de rocío se rompan. Una composición pesticida para disminuir la corriente de rocío que comprende uno o más ingredientes activos y uno o más tensoactivos de balance hidrofílico-lipofílico bajo (HLB). En modalidades, uno o más ingredientes activos pueden ser herbicidas, insecticidas, fungicidas o combinaciones de los mismos. Tales herbicidas pueden ser herbicidas solubles en agua y otros herbicidas como esteres 2,4-D. Uno o más ingredientes activos pueden ser glifosato o una o más sales o esteres del mismo.
