Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una molécula de suministro selectivo de fórmula I, que tiene la estructura: [DA-CA]-A-[CM-M]-X-B-[CB-DB] en donde, X es un enlazador de péptido escindible por una proteasa; A es un péptido con una secuencia que comprende una serie de 5 glutamatos (SEQ ID NO:5); B es un péptido con una secuencia que comprende una serie de 8 argininas (SEQ ID NO: 6), CA, CB Y CM cada uno independiente es 0-1 aminoácido que ocurre naturalmente o aminoácido que no ocurre naturalmente; M es un polímero de polietilen glicol (PEG) que tiene un peso molecular promedio de 500 Da a 10kDA y DB son un par de radicales fluorescentes receptores y donantes que son capaces de someterse a la transferencia de energía de resonancia Försters/fluorescencia con el otro; y en donde -[CM-M] se une en cualquier posición en X, [DA-CA] se une a cualquier aminoácido en A, y -[CB-DB] se une a cualquier aminoácido en B.
