Abstract

Un quemador caldeado por petróleo (30A) para el calentamiento, colocado adyacente a la periferia externa de un quemador de carbón pulverizado, que introduce carbón pulverizado y aire en un horno, que incluye: una pistola para el suministro del petróleo (32) para introducir un combustóleo, colocada en el centro de una abertura de salida de un cuerpo principal de la boquilla (31), de sección transversal sustancialmente rectangular; y una abertura de entrada del aire secundario (40) colocada para rodear la periferia externa de la pistola para el suministro del petróleo (32), en donde la abertura de entrada del aire secundario (40) está constituida de: una sección de arco central (41) sustancialmente similar en forma a un difusor circular (34) montado en el lado del extremo delantero de la pistola para el suministro del petróleo (32); y secciones rectangulares (42L, 42R), proporcionadas de manera continua desde ambos lados de sección de arco central (41) y estrechadas en la dimensión cara a cara en la dirección de los quemadores de carbón pulverizado adyacentes, para incrementar la distancia desde ellos.
