Abstract
Un sistema y métodos de soldadura de arco. El sistema es capaz de monitorear variables durante un proceso de soldadura, de acuerdo con estados de forma de onda, y ponderar las variables por consiguiente, detectar defectos de una soldadura, diagnosticar posibles causas de los defectos, cuantificar la calidad general de una soldadura, obtener y utilizar datos indicativos de una buena soldadura, mejorar la producción y control de calidad para un proceso de soldadura automatizado, enseñar técnicas de soldadura adecuadas, identificar ahorros de costos para un proceso de soldadura, y derivar ajustes de soldadura óptimos para que se utilicen como pre-ajustes para diferentes procesos de soldadura o aplicaciones.
