Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de mezclado de alimentación para agregar las soluciones de la alimentación con un valor del pH no fisiológico al recipiente de cultivo de las células, que comprende una cámara para el mezclado de las soluciones de la alimentación previo a su adición al recipiente de cultivo de las células, así como a su uso. Con el dispositivo del mezclado de alimentación como se describe aquí, los componentes de la alimentación pueden ser provistos en solución a un valor del pH en el cual los mismos tienen buena solubilidad y/o una buena estabilidad por lo cual el valor de pH puede ser claramente diferente del valor del pH del medio de cultivo, es decir diferente del valor de pH fisiológico. Esto permite efectuar el cultivo con mayor flexibilidad comparado con un cultivo en el cual el valor del pH de la solución de alimentación está limitado a un intervalo pequeño alrededor del valor del pH del cultivo.
