Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de 2,2-difluoroetilamina de fórmula (I) CHF2CH2NH2 (I) que comprende las etapas (i) y (ii): etapa (i): reacción de 2,2-difluoro-1-haloetano de fórmula general (II) CHF2-CH2HaI (II) con un compuesto de bencilamina de fórmula (III) (Ver Fórmula) en presencia de un neutralizador de ácido, en el que, en la fórmula (II), Hal es cloro, bromo o yodo, y, en la fórmula (III), R1 es hidrógeno o alquilo-C1-C12, y R2 es hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo-C1-C12 o alcoxi-C1-C6 etapa (ii): hidrogenación catalítica del compuesto de N-bencil-2,2-difluoroeta namina de fórmula (IV) obtenido en la etapa (i), para dar 2,2-difluoroetilamina de fórmula (I) o una de sus sales.
