Abstract

En un método para la fabricación de un bloque de cilindros provisto con orificios de los cilindros, el bloque de cilindros se sujeta mediante un dispositivo de sujeción, se genera tensión en el bloque de cilindros por la fuerza del dispositivo de sujeción, para duplicar las deformaciones de los orificios de los cilindros después de ensamblar los sombreretes de los cojinetes en los mismos, se lleva a cabo el barrenado con los orificios de los cilindros deformados en un estado donde se genera la tensión, y se forma un revestimiento rociado teóricamente, después del barrenado, sobre cada una de las superficies de los oficios de los cilindros, deformados en el estado donde se genera la tensión. De acuerdo con el método para la fabricación del bloque de cilindros, se obtiene una cilindricidad superior, después de ensamblar los sombreretes de los cojinetes, de los orificios de los cilindros sobre cada uno de los cuales se forma un revestimiento rociado térmicamente, y la degradación de la forjabilidad de los trabajos de acabado (pulimento) para cada superficie interna de los orificios de los cilindros (los revestimientos rociados térmicamente) puede ser restringida.
