Abstract
La presente invención describe un dispositivo de sellado para vidrio al vacío; el dispositivo comprende una mesa de extracción de aire, una placa de presión superior y un dispositivo de calentamiento, en donde la mesa de extracción de aire está provista con una ranura de acomodamiento para colocar las placas de vidrio a ser selladas, la placa de presión superior es presionada sobre las placas de vidrio a ser selladas que están en la ranura de acomodamiento y se conectan de manera hermética al aire con la mesa de extracción de aire alrededor de la periferia de la ranura de acomodamiento; y la mesa de extracción de aire y/o la placa de presión superior están provistas con puertos de extracción de aire, y el dispositivo de calentamiento calienta las placas de vidrio a ser selladas desde el exterior; la mesa de extracción de aire y la placa de presión superior forman un espacio cerrado en el dispositivo de sellado, y la placa de presión superior es presionada directamente en las placas de vidrio a ser selladas, por lo que se reduce mucho el volumen del espacio cerrado, y se crean condiciones para producir vacío rápidamente en el espacio cerrado y el sellado rápido del vidrio al vacío; el espacio cerrado en el dispositivo de sellado sólo se usa para proporcionar un ambiente de vacío, y el dispositivo de calentamiento para soldar se dispone por separado en el exterior, para que sea conveniente la operación del equipo, que se simplifique la construcción del equipo y que se cree una condición para el procesamiento a gran escala del vidrio al vacío.
