Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición farmacéutica para administración oral que comprende una porción de liberación modificada que contiene tamsulosina o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma, y una porción de liberación inmediata que contiene solifenacina o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma y una sustancia hidrofílica. En la composición farmacéutica, la velocidad de disolución de cada fármaco (en particular, solifenacina contenida en la porción de liberación inmediata) es similar a la de las formulaciones de fármaco sencillas presentes, y el porcentaje máximo de disolución de fricción de cada fármaco (en particular, solifenacina contenida en la porción de liberación inmediata) es de 90% o más. Por lo tanto, la composición farmacéutica es una formulación sencilla (es decir, una formulación combinada) con una biodisponibilidad equivalente a la de las formulaciones de fármaco sencillas presentes.
