Abstract
Se proporciona un método para producir un tubo de acero para bolsa de aire, en el que se somete un tubo de acero a un tratamiento de templado, el tubo de acero es sometido a calentamiento por inducción de alta frecuencia de modo que la temperatura de la superficie exterior T1 (°C) del tubo de acero registrada al final del calentamiento por inducción de alta frecuencia este dentro del rango definido por la Fórmula TAc3 + 40°C = T1 = 1100°C, mediante el uso de la temperatura registrada de la superficie exterior del tubo de acero, se calcula el tiempo x (segundo) transcurrido desde el momento en el que la temperatura de la superficie exterior del tubo de acero alcanza la temperatura del punto de transformación Ac3 en el proceso de calentamiento por inducción de alta frecuencia y en base al tiempo x (segundo) calculado, se controla el tiempo t (segundo) necesario a partir del momento de la medición de la temperatura de la superficie exterior del tubo de acero hasta el comienzo del enfriado rápido de modo que el tiempo t (segundo) esté dentro del rango definido por 0(seg) < t = 10(seg) - x, por la cual puede obtenerse un tubo de acero de gran resistencia y tenacidad. En donde, TAc3 es la temperatura (°C) del punto de transformación Ac3.
