Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a polímeros solubles de glucosa ramificados preparados a partir de almidón que presenta un contenido de amilosa de al menos 30 % en peso, comprendido con preferencia entre 35 y 80% en peso, que tienen un contenido de enlaces glucosídicos a-1.6 comprendido entre 7 y 10 %, comprendido con preferencia entre 8 y 9 %, y un Mw comprendido entre 50,000 y 150,000 daltons, caracterizados porque presentan una resistencia a la alfa-amilasa pancreática, expresada según un test "B" por un contenido de azúcares reductores comprendido entre 25 y 35 %, y un Mw de los productos liberados comprendido entre 6,000 y 12,000 daltons.
