Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la inspección de al menos un envase vacío, usualmente una botella vacía (5), mediante la detección de una posición de una característica dispuesta en una superficie del envase vacío, método en el cual el envase o la botella pasa previo a la inspección a través de un módulo de reconocimiento (1) en el cual se palpa ópticamente y/o mediante sensores una posición definida de la característica por ser reconocida con la finalidad de detectar una posición real de la característica, y se determina la posición real; durante una primera inspección (6) siguiente se genera una primera máscara para la posición determinada de la característica de manera que, al ejecutarse la primera inspección (6) no se presenta ninguna detección errónea en la región de la primera máscara; después de ejecutar la primera inspección, el envase se gira sobre un ángulo definido (usando un módulo rotativo (8) ), a continuación la posición de la característica es calculada con el desplazamiento generado por la rotación y se alista como nueva posición durante la ejecución de una segunda inspección (7); durante la segunda inspección se genera una segunda máscara para la nueva posición alistada de la característica, de manera que no se presenta ninguna detección errónea al ejecutar la segunda inspección en la región de la segunda máscara.
