Abstract
DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA DETECÇÃO DE CONTAMINANTES METÁLICOS EM UM PRODUTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (1) para detecção de contaminantes metálicos (M) em um produto (P) utilizando um sinal (S) recebido a partir de um detector de metais com base em bobina (2) compreende um módulo de calibraçâo (11) configurado para determinar um envelope de detecção em formato de gravata borboleta específico de produto pelo recebimento do detector de metais (2) durante uma fase de calibração de sinais (1) com um componente resistivo (R) e um componente reativo (X) para um ou mais espécimes do produto (P). O dispositivo (1) compreende adicionalmente um módulo de detecção(12) configurado para comparar, em um sistema de coordenadas para os componentes resistivo e reativo, uma representação de vetor do sinal (S) para o envelope de detecção em formato de gravata borboleta específico de produto e para indicar uma presença de um contaminante metálico (M) no produto (P) quando a representação de vetor do sinal (S) se estende para uma área fora do envelope de detecção em formato de gravata borboleta.
